LLC Alidi Nedvizhimost and LLC NPF Metallimpress concluded the general design and “turnkey” construction contract of the 2nd stage of the logistics complex with the area of 22,790 m² in the settlement Zhdanovskiy, Nizhny Novgorod region. The cooperation has been continued under the construction of the 3rd stage of the facility with the area of 5000 m².

These projects were successfully implemented, as evidenced by the positive recommendation of the Customer:

The company Metallimpress, NPF LLC acted as the General Contractor and the General Designer from 2008 till 2009 at the construction of the 2 stage of the Logistics center Class “A” with the built-in office building with an area of 21 750 m², located on the territory of the Russian Federation, Nizhny Novgorod region, Kstovo city.

The whole project: construction, installation, wiring and other work under the contract has been performed in accordance with the terms of the specifications, the relevant norms and standards, with due quality and within the period specified in the Contract.
