LLC NPF Metallimpress cooperated with LLC Onduline Construction Materials fin a variety of projects:

1. Production Line of Roofing Sheet with the area of 12,000 m² in Nizhny Novgorod (general contract, Technical Client);
2. Reconstruction of the 2nd stage of the plant “Onduline” of area of 11,800 m² (general contract, Technical Client);
3. Workshop of Foil Marking with the area of 1,500 m² (general design, general contract for the “turnkey” construction);
4. Modernization of the plant Onduline.

LLC Onduline – Construction Materials expresses thanks to its reliable partner LLC NPF Metallimpress for consistency in work, optimal time limits and high quality of works performed.

In 2015 LLC NPF Metallimpress acted as a designer of a complex production line at Onduline plant. The project included technical re-equipment of the production facility of the 2nd hazard class, namely, installation of a new line for making roofing materials, located in the existing production building.

The line comprised a complete production cycle, including cutting forming, pressing, imbibition, drying and finished products packaging. The project provided comprehensive equipment and connection to the engineering utilities: compressed air, water supply, process pipelines of bitumen and high temperature heat transfer agent, – and equipping of the line with process ventilation systems as well.

The process solutions made within the design were aimed at providing the required quality of output products, personnel safety and environmental protection as well.

By the present the line has been installed and commissioned.
